FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
Food and Beverage Services is process of preparing presenting and serving of food and beverages to the customer through restaurants. food stalls etc
We have short courses for 3,6,and 9 month then we connect all the students for another 3 month for field attachment at 5 star hotel Zanzibar Island.
FRONT OFFICE
The front office is the part of company that comes in contact with clients, such as the marketing sales,and service departments
The function of front office is to directly get in touch with customers,and it is usually the first place that customer get to when they arrive to the company
The front office in a hotel is a department responsible for the sale of hotel rooms through systematic method of reservation followed by registration and assigning rooms to the guests

HOUSE KEEPING
Housekeeping is an operational department in a hotel, which is responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public area, back area and surroundings. A hotel survives on the sale of rooms, food, beverages and other minor services such laundry, health club spa and so on
The house keeping department is responsible to keep the following areas clean and tidy.

This course runs in a period of 3, 6, 9 month short courses then send our students for field attachment in a star hotel at Zanzibar Island
At the end of this course the student will be to plan travel itineraries, familiarizing customers with the locality by vehicle or foot, stay up to date with new attractions that may be of interest to customers
